To ensure a harmonious environment and the highest standards of service and safety for all guests, please review our salon policies below.
By booking an appointment, entering our premises, or receiving services at Elegant Nails & Spa, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and policies:
Management and staff of Elegant Nails & Spa reserve the absolute right to refuse service to any individual for any lawful reason, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior, intoxication, health and safety concerns, or failure to comply with salon policies.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and approved digital payment methods. Personal checks are not accepted under any circumstances.
All beauty, nail, and spa services rendered are strictly non-refundable. If you experience any issue with your service, please refer to our satisfaction and repair policies below.
All prices, menu offerings, and service descriptions are subject to change without prior notice. Final pricing for customized services, intricate nail art, or unique enhancements is confirmed in-salon prior to the commencement of the service. Please confirm pricing with your nail technician before the service begins.
Clients are strictly required to inform their nail technician and salon staff of any pre-existing health conditions, medical concerns, or sensitivities prior to the start of any service. Such conditions include, but are not limited to, diabetes, sensitive skin, fungal infections, open wounds, skin infections, or known allergies (e.g., acrylics, gels, latex, or specific oils). Failure to notify staff of any such condition will result in services being performed entirely at the customer's own risk. Elegant Nails & Spa and its technicians shall bear no liability for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed health conditions.
We take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship. If your nails chip, break, or peel within twenty-four (24) hours of your initial service, please notify the salon immediately, and we will gladly repair the affected nails free of charge.
Any requests for repairs made after 24 hours from the completion of the service will be subject to standard repair fees.
Elegant Nails & Spa, its owners, management, and employees are not liable for any personal injuries, accidents, or adverse physical reactions that may occur on the premises or as a result of services rendered, except where caused by proven gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of the salon.
Children are always welcome at Elegant Nails & Spa; however, for the safety of your children and to ensure a peaceful, relaxing environment for all clients, small children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times during your visit.
Please keep your personal belongings with you at all times. Do not leave valuables or belongings unattended. Elegant Nails & Spa is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen personal items left on the premises.
Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. If at any point during your service you are not completely satisfied, please notify the staff immediately so we may address and resolve your concerns on the spot.
